If you have decided that Arkansas Christian Academy may be the correct fit for your child, the steps below outline our Admissions Procedure.

Phase 1

Step 1: Tour the School

Complete a Request Info/Tour Form. A member of our staff will contact you to answer any questions you may have and schedule your campus tour.

Step 2: Online Application

ACA uses an online application system powered by FACTS.  Click here to begin your application. At the completion of your application there will be a $100 non-refundable application fee, which is paid via credit card at the time of submission.

Submit Application Documents - During your online application you will have the opportunity to upload any application documents that ACA requires, and any others that may apply to your child's situation. If you choose not to upload these documents, you have the option to bring them to the school office to be uploaded into the student's file.

Once we have received and reviewed all documentation in your student's admission file from Phase 1 you will be contacted with our decision regarding continuing to the next phase of the admissions process.

Please note that continuing to Phase 2 and receiving an invitation to interview is not guaranteed.

Phase 2

Step 3: Placement Testing and Interview

Placement testing allows our faculty to assess the student's academic progess and assists the admissions team in determining if ACA is the best fit for the student's academic needs.

A family interview is conducted by an interview panel. This interview allows our staff to get to know the student and family, as well as address any questions or concerns a parent may have regarding our school.

Step 4: Decision

Our Admissions Team will review your application, all application documents, placement testing, and interview and will make an admission determination, based on this information. Once a decision is made, you will receive an email with the status of your application. If your student is accepted into our program, you will be given further instructions regarding Online Enrollment, which is the final step in the admissions process.
