Educational Freedom Account (EFA) Program

The Arkansas LEARNS Act, which was passed in 2023, created a school choice initiative called the Education Freedom Account (EFA) program. This program empowers parents by allowing 90% of the per-student state funding to follow students to participating private schools. Beginning with the 2025/2026 school year, every student residing in the state of Arkansas qualifies to receive this state funding applied toward their private school tuition costs. Parents must apply to the program and maintain eligibility each year in order to continue to receive these funds. As long as the student remains enrolled and all EFA eligibility requirements are met, these funds will be credited to the student's FACTS account, thus reducing the family's out-of-pocket costs as shown in the Tuition table above. In the event that a student does not complete an EFA application, maintain eligibility, or is withdrawn from our school, his/her family will be liable for the full tuition cost. More information about the EFA program can be found below.

Information for Families

EFA Application

Application Fee

A $100 fee is required upon online submission of a new student application.

New Student Enrollment Fee

All new students will be assessed a $250 one time non-refundable New Student Enrollment Fee, which will be paid (along with the Enrollment Deposit) at the time of initial enrollment.

Enrollment Deposit

All students (new and returning) will pay a non-refundable $500 Enrollment Deposit each year, which will be applied toward the student's total tuition. Deposit timing is as follows:

  • New Students: at the time of Online Enrollment
  • Returning students: at the time of Continuous Enrollment (around March 15)

Multi-Student Discount

The school currently offers a multi-student tuition discount of $300 on the second and subsequent child enrolled. The school calculates the discount on the child(ren) in the grade(s) with the lowest tuition rate(s).

Enrollment Agreement

Families understand that school expenses are set based on enrollment numbers and are not reduced in the event of student withdrawal. All families who enroll their students are committed to an entire academic year (or remainder thereof) and therefore are required to sign an Enrollment Agreement/Contract each year. This contract obligates the family to pay all, or remaining, tuition for the entire academic year, should the student be withdrawn, unless certain criteria are met. More details, and any associated fees, can be found in the Enrollment Agreement, which will be presented to families prior to the time of enrollment each year.

Withdrawal Fee

Any student who is released from his/her contract, according to the terms set forth, will incur a $500 Withdrawal Fee.

Re-enrollment

All students are re-enrolled automatically each year unless parents complete the Continuous Enrollment Opt-Out Form prior to February 15th. For more information regarding Continuous Enrollment, as well as a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), please click here.
